Corso Italia   

Stretching from Caledona Park Road in the west to Delaware Avenue in the east, and sandwiched around St. Clair Avenue W. from Rogers Road in the north to Davenport in the south, Corso Italia is Little Italy's little sister--but without the martini bars. This family-oriented neighbourhood is home to a large Latin American contingent, as well as being the second largest Italian community in Toronto. Unsurprisingly, the area is packed with eateries serving food from all over Italy, as well as further afield, and the coffee culture is strong. The area includes the Earlscourt Park as far as greenery to be explored, and is well connected via TTC streetcars running east to west and buses connecting north-south.

Once a billiard hall, Ferro is a family-run restaurant that’s been serving up Italian home cooking since 1993. Pizza e Pazzi offers Neapolitan fare and among the best pizza is the city. And Invictus is enjoyed for its lack of bells and whistles as well as great food.

The neighbourhood is characterized by its coffee shops, bakeries and, especially, gelaterias. Of the most popular is La Paloma Gelateria &Café, which serves up a plethora of flavours from Limone to Trifle Cake flavours, as well as dairy-free options. Cafe Novecentro Inc is equally popular for its strong coffee, gelato and buzzing patio in summer.

The Mediam value is calculated using Median = {(n + 1) ÷ 2}th value. First we sort the sold prices in ascending order, smallest to highest, then you determine (total properties + 1) ÷ 2. If the results is an odd number, than that's the number in the sequence that if exactly the middle sold property. If it is even, you need to average the 2 middle numbers, in other words the nth sequence and the nth sequence + 1
